ZK Series Linear Vibrating Screen takes eccentric block as exciting force, so materials on sieve were throw up, and at the same time do forward movement straightly. Working principle of ZK Series Linear Vibrating Screen:
Linear vibrating screen adopt dual motor drive, when the motors do synchronous, reverse rotation, the exciting force generated by eccentric block cancel each other out on the parallel direction of motor axis, and stacked together with the direction that perpendicular to the motor axis,so its trajectory is a straight line. There is a dip on the two motor''s relative screen surface, materials was tossed by leaps and bounds forward for linear motion under the resultant action of exciting force and material self-gravity, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading. It is used in production line and realize automate operations. It has such advantages as lower consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, full-closed structure, and no dust emission and so on. The Maximum screen mesh is 325, it can be screen seven different kinds of materials.
