Venjakob to bring roller coating machines at LIGNA.23

Venjakob Maschinenbau will for the first time present its competence for roller coating machines live at LIGNA.23. As an established name as a system supplier, in addition to spray painting, dipping, flow coating, or casting, Venjakob, in cooperation with the Wo-Tech company, has been expanding its competence in the area of roller coating systems for some years.

Increasingly, these are not requested as a stand-alone solution, but in combination with other application processes, or as an entire finishing line. The company will be providing demonstrations at LIGNA 2023. It will be demonstrated how profiled workpieces are effectively coated with a 100% UV coating material using a special transfer roller and in combination with the robust design of our machine. Curing takes place in a UV system, here Venjakob combines energy-saving UV-LED technology with a Surround UV module, which ensures optimum irradiation of shaped workpieces. Afterwards, the coated workpieces can be stacked and packaged immediately, the coating is completely cured.

Crafts and industry are welcome

Many people associate Venjakob with fully automated finishing solutions for industrial companies in the woodworking and furniture industries. But the family-owned company can do "handshakes" as well as "specifications". The entry-level model VEN SPRAY ONE convinced many visitors to Holz-Handwerk 2022. Robust, reliable and intuitively operated by one employee, the compact coating system offers a cost-efficient alternative to the manual spray booth. The machine type, which is specially designed for craftsmen and small businesses, will also be demonstrated live at the trade show.

Intelligent control technology, an invisible added value for plant operators

Venjakob is trying to make this partly visible at the LIGNA, for example, by showing how painting systems can be optimally occupied with the help of its own developed control technology and a software program, thus saving resources.

In finishing lines from Venjakob, the entire process is carefully thought out and coordinated. The higher-level control system networks all transports, transfers, turners as well as the conveyors integrated in the coating line or in the dryer and also enables recipes to be called up at a central point.
